If you were only allowed to eat one source of protein for the rest of your life, which three factors would it definitely have to fulfil?
It should be the best quality possible, i.e. be high in protein and have excellent bioavailability. It should be easy to digest and thus enable optimum resorption. It should taste so good that you look forward to it every day in milk, water or your meals.
