It should be the best quality possible, i.e. be high in protein and have excellent bioavailability. It should be easy to digest and thus enable optimum resorption. It should taste so good that you look forward to it every day in milk, water or your meals.
Taking these criteria as a basis, we have developed the ideal protein – both for off-season periods and for diets.
